Policies, Terms and Conditions:
30 Day Return Policy
Note: Because of the abuse of our past  liberal return/damage policies we have had to revise some of the policy guidelines.
  • Please open and inspect all packages and parts upon arrival.  Check for any damage sustained during shipping.  If anything is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so that a claim can be submitted with shipping company. After that period, claims are not possible.
  • Returns must be made within thirty (30) days. Absalutely no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

  • All parts must be in unused condition when returned.  Exhaust pipes, mufflers and other components that have been installed or have had engine exhaust flowed through them are deemed "used" and are non-returnable items. Clamp indentations , greasy marks etc. will deem the part as used and non returnable.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  
  • No returns allowed on Special Orders.
  • No reimbursement for shipping or handling charges.
  • We package with care, so Please repackage with the same care.
  • Under no circumstances is labor or down-time costs reimbursed in connection with any of our products.  If there are fit or quality issues, please contact us immediately for a remedy. Under no circumstance will altered or modified components by the customer qualify for a return.
  • In the case of incorrect or defective part(s) sent in error by us we will remedy this by sending the correct part by regular ground service. Under no circumstance will we be obligated to send the replacement part overnight or by any other means. You will receive a pick-up tag for the incorrect part and obligated to repackage the part(s) appropriately for transport. Once we have received the returned part for inspection and if it passes inspection then the replacement part will be sent.

*In the case of damage that occurred during the shipping process, we will send a call tag for the damaged part.  You must save the packaging material for inspection or else the claim will be denied by the Shipping Company and by us.  Any claim denied by the Shipper is automatically denied by us. Thereafter if it was decided the damage was caused by the shipper we will send a new replacement part at the conclusion of the claim process. 

WARRANTY DOES NOT  COVER....
  • Clamps and most hardware (nuts, bolts) are not covered by any warranty since these items are included at no charge with complete exhaust systems.  
  • Damaged exhaust components caused by backfire or excessive heat are not covered by warranty.
  • Muffler sound/tone are not guaranteed or warrantied. Exhaust tone/sound is subjective and varies from one vehicle to another. Engine specs , induction and other factors dictate the exhaust note. What is excessively loud to one person may not be loud enough for another. At the time of the order you may want to make clear what sound or exhaust note you desire and we will try and help you decide which muffler may be best for your application but there is no guarantee it will be exactly as requested. Once exhaust is flowed through the muffler(s) they are not returnable or warrantied.
